CenterLine provides standard robotic machines for complex and repetitive spraying tasks. Both Cartesian and 6-axis robot models are available.

Cartesian

These systems are ideal for spraying normal to the substrate surface. These systems provide consistent and repeatable programmable motion at an affordable price. The system elements include: 3 Axis Cartesian Robot, 80 cm x 40 cm x 40 cm (31 in x 15 in x 15 in) with an accuracy  -/+ .01mm (0.0004 in) 75 cm deep x 120 cm wide (30 in x 48 in) work area Robot Style spray gun, 6mm nozzle, 3.8 kw heater Low-pressure powder feeding system Computer interface Power supply and control unit with graphical HMI Air preparation equipment 10hp downdraft water filtration dust collection   Guarding and door interlock

A standard 6-Axis robot cell provides the capability to spray complex substrates.  These systems are configured so that you do not have to worry about integration details.
